Every item at Christian Supply is made just for you.

2. Review your details carefully — spelling, images, and design notes should be correct before checkout.
   
3. Place your order — once it’s received, we’ll confirm all details before production begins.
   

Need help or want a design created for you? Choose the Custom Design (with Design Fee) option or contact us before ordering.

For custom designs created by Christian Supply, a digital proof will be sent to you for review before production begins. Please check all names, photos, colors, and details carefully.

Once you approve the proof, your order will move straight into production. Changes cannot be made afterward.

Our goal is excellence in every detail, so your approval helps ensure your product looks exactly how you envision it.

All custom orders are created with care. Our standard production time is 7–10 business days, not including shipping.

Large or complex orders may take longer, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

We don’t rush quality. Every piece is printed, pressed, or packaged with excellence from start to finish.

We currently ship nationwide within the U.S. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Once your item has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that Christian Supply is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the item has left our facility, but we’ll do our best to help you track your order and resolve any delivery concerns.

Because each product is custom-made, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or refunds for personalized or printed items once production begins.

If there’s ever an error on our part or a quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos of both the item and packaging.

We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.

Our products are carefully packaged and inspected before shipment, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit — and we’ll handle it with the same care we put into every order.
