14 Days Returns

At Christian Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer 14-day return policy.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order via mail.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including opened or used products, and any gifts that has been provided with the product.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable, trackable service for safe and timely delivery.
  • Customized, personalized, and/or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their unique nature. These products are created specifically based on the details you provide, including names, colors, sizes, phrases, or designs. 
  • Exception Return Policy for Customized, Personalized, and/or Made-to-Order Items: These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to their unique nature. However, we will offer an exchange or replacement if an error occurs on our part. This includes:
    • Incorrect spelling, names, or wording that does not match your approved final proof
    • Wrong color, size, or design applied
    • Initials or customization details that differ from what was approved on the final proof
    • A product sent that differs from what was confirmed at checkout
  • Restock Fee: No restocking fee.

How to Return an Item

  1. Please send an email to support@christiansupply.shop with the subject line: Return + Your Order Number. In the body of your email, kindly include the reason for your return.
  2. Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours to confirm your return details, including the shipping location and next steps.
  3. Carefully repackage the item in its original condition. Once you have your return tracking number, please email it to us at support@christiansupply.shop.
  4. When we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria and then restock it.
  5. After all steps are completed, we’ll begin processing your refund or exchange.
  6. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Once your refund is processed, we’ll provide confirmation for your records. 
  7. The refund processing time (aka the amount of time it takes for you to receive a refund) is 10 days.

Exchange Policy

The customer bears the exchange cost for the replacement of our product. 

  1. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
  2. To begin, please email support@christiansupply.shop with the subject line: Exchange + Your Order Number, and include the reason for your exchange in the message.
  3. Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours to confirm your pickup location, timing, and the replacement item you'd like. 
  4. Once we receive your confirmation, we’ll send you a shipping label. Please package the item carefully in its original condition and attach the provided label.
  5. After your package is received, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it qualifies for exchange and then restock it.
  6. Once everything is verified, your replacement item will be shipped out promptly.

Damaged Product Policy

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us right away. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at support@christiansupply.shop with photos of the item and its packaging.

Be sure to include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

If the damage was caused during transit or if the item is defective, Christian Supply will cover the return shipping cost, and we’ll ship a replacement to you at no additional charge.
