Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

We understand that plans can change! You may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase or before submitting your nonrefundable down deposit (whichever comes first) without any penalty. We’ll be happy to issue a full refund during this window.

If your nonrefundable deposit has already been paid, we can still cancel the remaining portion of your order, but the deposit will not be refunded.

Once your final proof has been fully approved, your order is considered confirmed and can no longer be changed or canceled.

If you need to update your shipping address before your package ships, just reach out and we'll be happy to help with that.
