How to Order

Every item at Christian Supply is made just for you.

  1. Select your product options — choose your color, theme, or upload your photo/design.
  2. Review your details carefully — spelling, images, and design notes should be correct before checkout.
  3. Place your order — once it’s received, we’ll confirm all details before production begins.

Need help or want a design created for you? Choose the Custom Design (with Design Fee) option or contact us before ordering.

Design Proofs & Approval

Every design at Christian Supply is created with excellence and care — because your story deserves to be represented beautifully.

A digital proof will be emailed to you for review before production begins. Please double-check all names, photos, colors, and wording carefully. Once approved, your order will move straight into production, and changes cannot be made afterward.

Proofs must be approved within 24–48 hours of being sent. Delays in response will delay your order.

If your total is $150 or more, the design fee is waived. Orders under $150 will include a custom design add-on fee.

Each design includes 2 revisions and up to 5 images. Additional revisions are $10 each.

Backgrounds can be removed upon request for a clean, polished finish.

At Christian Supply, we don’t rush quality. We design with intention so that when your piece arrives, it feels personal, purposeful, and perfect.

Processing Time

All custom orders are created with care. Our standard production time is 7–10 business days, not including shipping.

Large or complex orders may take longer, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping & Delays

We currently ship nationwide within the U.S. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Once your item has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that Christian Supply is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the item has left our facility, but we’ll do our best to help you track your order and resolve any delivery concerns.

Returns & Refunds

Because each product is custom-made, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or refunds for personalized or printed items once production begins.

If there’s ever an error on our part or a quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us.

Damage Policy

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos of both the item and packaging.

We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.

Our products are carefully packaged and inspected before shipment, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit — and we’ll handle it with the same care we put into every order.
